Best Greek Yogurt Bowl

Did you know that Greek Yogurt is a healthier alternative to regular yogurt? It has double the protein, half the carbs, and half the sodium. Additionally, greek yogurt is packed with probiotics (a healthy bacteria that can help boost your immune system!) We wanted to share with you a way to enjoy greek yogurt, by making a delicious greek yogurt bowl. You can enjoy it for breakfast, a snack, or even dessert! (try adding a few chocolate chips to your bowl for an even sweeter treat!) The best part is, all of the ingredients are apart of a well balanced diet!
