What you’ll need:
1) Polymer clay
2) Parchment paper
3) Metallic paint
4) Paint brush
5) Rolling pin
Step 1: Break off a small piece of clay for each color
Step 2: Roll each peice of clay into a 8 or 9 inch strand
Step 3: Twist strands together to mix the colors
Step 4: Roll the twisted strands into a ball
Step 5: Roll out clay into a disk large enough to fit underneath a glass (we measured our disk using the bottom of a mason jar)
Step 6: Repeat steps 1-5 to make another coaster (we made 5 coasters)
Step 7: Place coasters into oven on 300°F for 25-30 minutes
Step 8: Once coasters are out of the oven and have cooled completly, paint the edges with a metallic paint
Step 9: Invite everyone over and enjoy!
