What is the best mid-day snack, post work out treat, or sweet pick me up? We have created these protein energy bites for you to enjoy! They take about 5 minutes to make and they are made with all things yummy. The best part is you don't even need to bake them!
Ingredients:
-Oats (1 cup)
-Agave Nectar or Honey (3 tablespoons or to desired sweetness)
-Vanilla Protein Powder (1 tablespoon)
-Chocolate Chips - mini or regular (about half a cup)
-Natural Peanut Butter (1/2 cup)
Step 1) Add all ingredients into a medium size bowl.
Step 2) Stir until all ingredients are mixed well.
* Tip: Drizzle a little honey for a sweeter flavor if using agave nectar as a main ingredient.
Step 3) Use a small cookie scooper to create small bite size balls.
Step 4) Place on parchment paper for cooling. Stick in the fridge about an hour to set.
