Our engravings are created using a super high-tech laser instead of the traditional etching method. This allows for precise, detailed designs that stand the test of time. Pretty cool, right?

Which fonts can I choose from? +

Currently, you can choose from these fonts: Brandon, Courier New, Lucida Handwriting, Old English, and our very own custom creation—Chasing Waves.

Can I check how it looks before it gets engraved? +

Yes! Once you click “Add to Cart,” a little preview will pop up showing your engraved item so you can double-check that everything looks just right before completing your purchase.

How long does it take? +

It takes 2-3  days for your engraved product to be created plus shipping. If you choose an expedited shipping option, your order will get there faster than regular shipping. 

How many characters fit? +

Since we offer different types of jewelry, the number of characters you can use depends on the piece you pick—bracelet, ring, necklace, etc. You’ll find the details on each product page!

Can I return my engraved item? +

Since each engraved piece is made just for you, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges—so all sales are final.

I made a mistake on my order, can I make any changes? +

Once your engraving is submitted, we’re not able to make changes to the text, numbers, or symbols—so be sure to double-check everything before placing your order!

How was the sizing?: True to Size

A couple years ago (2022 to be exact), I purchased one of these & it was great. It was actually engraved & a daily wear. I finally decided to replace it & I am disappointed. This ring is not engraved. It appears to be as if it’s been printed on. If I knew this had changed, I wouldn’t have purchased.

"I absolutely love Pura Vida and have never had an issue with a product. This one however tarnished within 4 hours of me wearing it. I also thought that my engraving was going to be black since that\u2019s what was shown in the example, but it\u2019s ORANGE. It also has already scratched and I\u2019ve worn it for only 4 days :( I\u2019ve had the wave ring for about 3 years and never taken it off and it\u2019s not scratched or tarnished. I was expecting more from the product and I\u2019m very disappointed "
