Sunshine Tag Chain Bracelet

Please make the hook bigger so we can put it on fast

I love the design of this bracelet and the quality of the metal. However I am ver disappointed in the clasp/closure on both the gold and silver versions! It’s as if the clasp is too small to accommodate the loop that need to fit through it. Not only am I unable to put it on myself (and I definitely should!) but it is difficult for someone else to put in too! The closure is just the wrong size! Makes me not want to put it on :-(

Chain is a little long but it has held up well.

Looks pretty and has worn well.

So I reached out to customer service. They immediately responded and sent out a replacement. The new one is shiny and great! The reason this is four stars is because the lobster clasp is supposed to hook directly to the paperclip chain but the width of the paperclip chain is thin so it's very hard to fit through the lobster clasp. It's difficult to put on or off by yourself however, with someone's assistance it can be done. Pura Vida has excellent customer service! Thank you for the replacement! "

Received the wrong metal finish. It is clear from my order that I ordered gold but I received the rainbow finish and it looks tarnished and damaged

The front of the bracelet is missing spots of gold plating and the stone looks like it was put in a glob of glue and not cleaned off. I actually can’t see the stone through the glue. The words on the back are unreadable and even look smudged. I would return it if it wasn’t “final sale”. Only reason it even gets a second star is the actual chain is as expected. I may just take the tag off and wear the chain.

Very disappointed! There was “tarnish” on the front and back of tag. Also on chain links. Tried to clean but didn’t help. Sent email a week ago asking to return and have received no answer. Will not buy from them again and recommend you don’t either. Poor, poor customer service!!!
