I would love to give a review of this product, but unfortunately the package was not delivered and customer service has failed to respond to my queries. I have sent 4 emails with no response after the initial response from Lauren B. This is not my first order from Pura Vida, and I would love for this issue to be resolved so that it’s not my last purchase. If someone could reach out that would be awesome. I get multiple texts and email from Pura Vida marketing ALL day long, so I’m sure y’all can squeeze in a customer service issue. Also, your contact number is basically useless to get a person on the phone. Thanks!
